Return Policy

Subject to the terms of this policy as outlined below, we offer returns and refunds on un-used and unopened inflatable boards within 30 days of the date of purchase. You may return your product for an exchange or refund back to the original payment method. We charge a 20% restocking fee on all eligible returns.

Rigid Paddle Boards and all accessories are not covered by this 30-day return policy and cannot be returned. If you have any questions on what product is right for you prior to purchasing, please feel free to contact us.

For manufacturer defects with any purchase, please see the Warranty section below.

Returned inflatable boards must be unused, in the original box and in like-new condition with no visible signs of wear and be returned with all originally included parts and accessories.

All products are inspected upon arrival at our distribution center. If the product is found to be used, in poor condition, or if any originally included parts or accessories are missing, no refund will be issued.

Unused inflatable boards may be brought back to one of our retail locations or shipped back to us. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. If you require a pre-paid shipping label, please contact us. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund that you receive.

For returns to one of our two retail locations:
Please have your receipt or present valid ID in store and we can look up your invoice in our system.
Our retail locations are located in Calgary at 7146 Fisher Street SE or 1671-32nd Ave NE.

If you ordered online or don’t live near a store:
Please contact info@paddlestore.ca to obtain a Return Authorization Number for shipping. We’ll help you determine the best method to return the item. If you’re sending an email, make sure to include your name, order number, contact info and the item you wish to return.
